Welcome to Softtech Institute. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

🎓 Admission & Enrollment

1. Admission is confirmed only after submitting required documents and fee payment.
2. Students must provide accurate and valid information during registration.
3. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any admission without explanation.

💳 Fees & Payment Policy

1. Course fee once paid is non-refundable & non-transferable, under any circumstances.
2. Full fee must be paid by the due date. Failure to pay may result in suspension from classes.
3. Late fee charges may apply for delayed payments.
4. Fees do not include examination, certification, or optional workshop fees unless specified.

🧑‍🏫 Class & Attendance Rules

1. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for exams & certificates.
2. Regular attendance, discipline, and classroom etiquette are mandatory.
3. The institute has the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary.

📚 Study Materials & Property

1. Study materials provided are for student use only and cannot be copied or distributed.
2. Damage to institute property/equipment will be charged to the responsible student.

🔐 Code of Conduct

1. Students must behave respectfully with trainers, staff, and fellow students.
2. Misconduct, cheating, harassment, or abuse of facilities will lead to dismissal without refund.
3. Using the institute name/logo without authorization is strictly prohibited.

💻 Lab & System Usage Policy

1. Students must follow lab rules and use systems responsibly.
2. Installation of unauthorized software, piracy, hacking, or unethical computer use is banned.

📜 Certification Terms

1. Certificates will be issued only after completing the course, assignments, and examinations.
2. Students must clear all dues before receiving certificates.

📸 Photography/Media Consent

The institute may use student photos/videos taken during training or events for promotional purposes unless the student opts out in writing.

🛑 Course Cancellation & Changes

Softtech Institute reserves the right to:

1. Modify course content
2. Change class schedules
3. Replace trainers
4. Cancel a batch (with rescheduling offered)

💼 Placement Assistance (if applicable)

1. Placement assistance is not a job guarantee.
2. Students must attend training, mock interviews, and meet skill requirements.

📝 Student Responsibility

Students must:

1. Follow institute rules & schedule
2. Take care of personal belongings
3. Maintain discipline & professionalism

The institute is not responsible for loss/theft of personal items.

⚖️ Legal & Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes will be handled under local jurisdiction where the institute operates.
2. All decisions by the institute management are final.
