At Softtech Institute, we aim to provide quality training and student satisfaction.
Please read our refund policy carefully before enrollment.
๐ณ General Refund Terms
- Course fee once paid is strictly non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind or decision
- Personal reasons (health, family issues, job change, relocation etc.)
- Failure to attend classes
- Student misconduct or removal due to disciplinary action
๐ Admission Fee
- Admission/registration fee is non-refundable in all cases.
๐ Batch / Class Changes
- Students may request batch change based on seat availability.
- No refund will be given if the student cannot join the new batch.
๐ผ Institute-Initiated Cancellation
If Softtech Institute cancels a course or batch due to management decision or insufficient enrollment,
students will be:
โ Offered an alternative batch or course, OR
โ Given a refund (if no alternative option is available)
Institute reserves the right to decide the refund amount and mode.
๐งพ Refund Process (if applicable)
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 15 working days.
- Refund will be issued through bank transfer/account pay only.
๐ Online Fee Refund
Fees paid online are subject to payment gateway and processing charges, which are non-refundable.
๐ซ Workshop / Event Fee
Fees paid for workshops, seminars, exams, or special programs are non-refundable.
